Subscription FAQs
How do I pay for a subscription?
It depends on the client (web or mobile) you are using to subscribe. On web, Stripe handles our payment processing which includes major credit cards such as Visa or Mastercard. You may also subscribe with PayPal. On iOS, you may subscribe with your Apple account or make payment through Apple Pay. Android payment is also available in our Android app.
How is a subscription charged?
Subscriptions are charged in full in advance for the selected subscription period beginning on the purchase date. Your account will be credited with the corresponding number of days of subscription. All subscription plans are charged automatically on the anniversary of the first payment date.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your bots will be made inactive immediately. You need to subscribe again in order to reactivate your bots. All exchange connections will also be removed upon expiry of your subscription plan.
Does StockHero get compensated for each trade from the brokerage?
No. StockHero is a pure Software-as-a-Service stock trading bot platform. We only charge a flat subscription fee for providing our software to our users.
Does StockHero take a profit from our trade?
No. We believe that users deserve to keep all the profits made as the assets belong to them. More importantly, they bear all the risks. StockHero only charges a fixed monthly fee for being a software solution provider.
Can I upgrade from Lite to Premium?
Yes, you may do so at anytime. Any unused period for your previous subscription will be refunded back to you on a pro-rated basis.
Can I cancel at anytime?
You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will not auto-renew after running out of the remaining subscription days. Premium features will remain active for the remainder of the subscription days. Please note that there will be no pro-rated refund for any unused period. You may easily cancel your subscription within your StockHero account or email us to cancel.
What is a White Glove Service?
Our White Glove Service offers Premium and Professional subscribers access to our personalised bot setup process. We understand that sometimes a new user may not know what or how to configure a bot. Through our White Glove Service, we will engage with the user to understand more about his/her trading objective and risk profile before creating a bot for him/her. For new subscribers, please email us at [email protected] to engage our White Glove Service.
What are your terms and conditions for the 30 day money back guarantee?
You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days from subscription date if you fulfil the following conditions:
(i) for Premium or Professional monthly plan only, and (ii) you have run our Quick Start Bot and generated losses after one month.
I am now on a monthly plan. I would like to switch to annual plan. How do I do that?
You just need to sign up for our annual plan. Any unused period for your previous monthly subscription will be refunded back to you on a pro-rated basis.
Do I have to pay for each trade signal that is generated?
No. StockHero charges a flat monthly fee simply for providing our technology. Hence, you can essentially have unlimited number of trade signals a month for only a flat monthly fee.
