I've signed up for the Premium plan. How do I get the free strategy?
The free strategies will automatically be added to your account immediately after you have subscribed to the Premium or Professional plan.
How do I pay for a subscription?
To subscribe for any of StockHero's plan, please login to your StockHero account and navigate to the Settings page. Then click on the Subscription menu option.
Which payment methods do you support?
Payment methods depends on the client (web or mobile) you are using to subscribe. On web, Stripe handles our payment processing which includes major credit cards such as Visa or Mastercard. You may also subscribe with PayPal. On iOS, you may subscribe with your Apple account or make payment through Apple Pay. Android payment is also available in our Android app.
How is a subscription charged?
Subscriptions are charged in full in advance for the upcoming subscription period beginning on the purchase date. Your account will be credited with the corresponding number of days per your subscription plan. Your subscription payment will automatically renew.
How do I update my credit card details for an existing subscription?
Please login to our Web App and navigate to the Settings >> Subscription page. Click on the "Manage Payment Details" link.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your bots will deactivate immediately. You need to subscribe again in order to reactivate your bots. All brokers' connections will be removed upon expiry of your subscription plan.
Does StockHero take a profit from our trade?
No. We believe that users deserve to keep all the profits made as the assets belong to them. More importantly, they bear all the risks. StockHero only charges a fixed monthly fee for being a software solution provider.
Can I upgrade my existing plan in the future?
Yes, you may do so at anytime. Any unused period for your previous subscription will be refunded back to you on a pro-rated basis. To upgrade, please send us an email.
Can I cancel at anytime?
You can cancel your current subscription at any time and it will not auto-renew. Premium features will remain active for the remainder of the subscription period. Please note that there will be no pro-rated refund for any unused period unless it is an upgrade to a higher tier. Please email us to cancel your account.
What is a White Glove Service?
Our White Glove Service offers Premium and Professional subscribers access to our personalised bot setup process. We understand that sometimes a new user may not know what or how to configure a bot. Through our White Glove Service, we will engage with the user to understand more about his/her trading objective and risk profile before creating a bot for him/her. For new subscribers, please email us at [email protected] to arrange for a White Glove Service.
I am now on a monthly plan. I would like to switch to annual plan. How do I do that?
Please proceed to sign up for our annual plan. Any unused period for your previous monthly subscription will be refunded back to you on a pro-rated basis within 2 business days.
Do I have to pay for each trade signal that is generated?
No. StockHero charges a flat monthly fee simply for providing our stock trading bot technology. Hence, you can essentially have unlimited number of trade signals a month for only a flat monthly fee.
